The Zenwave lamp has helped me on many levels, but there are two main ones. First, I'm getting much better sleep. I used to wake up frequently from dreams, and now I'm in a much deeper sleep and feel more rested when I wake up. Second, my thought process is much quicker now. It would take me a bit to come up with words to make a more eloquent sentence. Now it just seems to flow more easily, I don't struggle for words. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to those who want to improve their quality of life!
I'm 70 years old and have been very concerned about my poor memory for over 10 years. When my husband shared with me the research about this product, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. I am so glad I did – it's been life-changing! For the past 7 months, I've spent one hour a day using the light (keeping it in my peripheral vision). While sitting by it, I never use other screens (phone, iPad, TV). The results have been dramatic. I can now consistently recall information that I know I would not have remembered before using the light therapy. Because I had struggled with my memory for so long, I know the frustration and hopelessness of not being able to remember things. Before using the light, on a scale of 1-10, I would have rated my memory a 2 or 3. Now I rate it a 7 or 8. That's how transformative this light has been for me. I've had at least 5 friends buy this light and they've all seen improvements in their memories, although I don't think as profoundly as I have. I highly recommend this product.

Getting my mom with dementia to use any device is a challenge, but the Zenwave is simple enough. We turn it on while she has her afternoon tea. The change in her sleep pattern alone has been worth it. She used to be up all night, but now she sleeps soundly. Her mood is also brighter in the mornings. This little device has brought a sense of calm to our home.

I use this product daily as part of my wellness routine. I use it for approximately one hour every morning as I do my Bible study. The gamma frequency helps me focus on what I am reading and I feel I have better retention as well. I bought this device after doing many years of research in to frequency and light energy. I have suggested this product for many friends/family that have memory and cognitive decline issues. Wonderful product!
I've noticed a marked improvement in my mom since using this. I put it in her family room as she spends 99.9 percent of her time in there. She literally sounds more like her old self when you talk to her now. We've seen improvements in her short term memory as well. Prior to she would call numerous times a day and not remember calling, this has stopped as of 2 wks ago and if she does call, she now recalls previous conversations. (we've been using it 4 wks to date) I'm not expecting miracles, but even these little improvements we are so thankful for.
